1. Sponsor
The IN/HABIT giveaway is sponsored and administered by STM Brands LLC ("Sponsor"), 1178 Broadway, 3rd Floor #4923, New York, NY 10001, United States. Questions may be sent to hello@inhabitdaily.com.
2. Eligibility
Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are at least 18 years old and have reached the age of majority in their state of residence. Void outside those locations and where prohibited by law.
Employees, officers and managers of Sponsor, anyone involved in administering this giveaway, and their immediate family members or people living in the same household are not eligible. Immediate family means a spouse, parent, child or sibling.
3. How to enter
Follow @inhabitdaily on Instagram. Following is the only entry action required. Existing followers qualify on the same basis as new followers, subject to eligibility and verification. An eligible person who is following the account when the entry list is finalized receives one entry.
No purchase or payment is necessary to enter or win, and a purchase will not improve your chances. You do not need to join the email waitlist, subscribe to marketing, refer friends, like a post, leave a comment, tag anyone or share a post.
Limit one entry per person, regardless of the number of Instagram accounts controlled. Unfollowing and following again does not create extra entries. Automated, purchased, impersonated or fraudulent accounts are ineligible. No public-profile requirement applies; Sponsor may ask a potential winner for reasonable evidence of the qualifying follow.
4. The prize
One verified winner will receive both of the following, with a combined approximate retail value of US $2,748. Retail prices may vary; a difference between the stated approximate value and actual value is not paid in cash.
- One Van Cleef & Arpels Sweet Alhambra pendant, reference VCARF69100, in 18K yellow gold with mother-of-pearl. Approximate retail value: US $1,800. The manufacturer's product link below is provided for reference.
- A year's supply of IN/HABIT's debut product: twelve 30-sachet pouches, totaling 360 daily servings. Approximate retail value: US $948 ($79 per pouch). This is a fixed prize quantity, not an automatically renewing subscription.
5. Random selection and odds
Sponsor will select one potential winner at random from all eligible entries. Each eligible person has the same chance of selection. The odds depend on the total number of eligible entries. Selection is subject to verification of age, residence, identity and the qualifying follow.
Being selected does not make a person the confirmed winner until eligibility is verified and the prize is accepted. If a selected person is ineligible or declines, Sponsor will select an alternate at random from the remaining eligible entries.
6. Notification and claiming the prize
Sponsor will contact the potential winner by direct message from @inhabitdaily. The potential winner must respond within seven calendar days of the initial notification and provide the information reasonably needed to verify eligibility and arrange delivery. If contact or verification cannot be completed, or there is no timely response, an alternate may be selected at random.
Sponsor will never require a purchase, an entry fee, a payment to release the prize, a password or bank login details. If you are unsure whether a message is genuine, contact hello@inhabitdaily.com independently.
The winner must provide a deliverable address within the eligible area. Sponsor covers standard prize delivery. The pendant and product may arrive separately; delivery arrangements will be confirmed with the winner. The winner is responsible for taxes legally payable on the prize. Sponsor may request tax documentation through a secure process where legally required, never through an Instagram message.
7. Prize conditions and fair administration
The prize is not transferable and has no cash alternative at the winner's request. If a listed prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond Sponsor's reasonable control, Sponsor may provide a replacement of equal or greater value, subject to applicable law. No additional purchase or subscription is required to receive the prize.
Sponsor may disqualify entries supported by evidence of fraud or interference. If a technical failure, fraud or legal requirement prevents fair administration, Sponsor may suspend or make necessary changes to the giveaway, publish the change and preserve valid entries where lawful and practicable. Sponsor will not use this clause merely to avoid awarding the prize.
8. Privacy and winner information
Sponsor uses Instagram account information to administer entry and selection, and requests age, residence, contact, delivery and legally required tax information only as needed to verify a potential winner and fulfill the prize. Entering does not subscribe you to IN/HABIT marketing emails.
We will not publish a winner's contact information or require promotional photographs or testimonials as a condition of receiving the prize. Legally required winner information may be provided as required by law. You may contact hello@inhabitdaily.com for information about the confirmed award. The Privacy Policy describes how Sponsor handles personal information.
9. Independent promotion
This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram, Meta or Van Cleef & Arpels. Their names and marks belong to their respective owners and are used to identify the platform and prize.
To the extent permitted by law, entrants release Instagram and Meta from claims arising from the administration of this giveaway. This provision does not waive any rights or liability that cannot legally be waived. Sponsor remains responsible for running the promotion and awarding the prize.
